All tile will be cleaned and free of grout haze

* Cleans will be broken up into 3 separate parts. First is the rough clean, second is final clean and the third is the touchup clean.

-Rough clean will consist of cleaning window sills and tracks, bathtubs and cabinets

-Final clean will consist of the rest of the house being fully detailed including pressure washing

-Touch-up clean will consist of re-vacuuming and mopping, wiping down countertops usually the day of or before the homeowner closes.
